Buhari Attends An Exhibition in South Africa.

Photo Credit- NAN Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari has left France for a working visit and to attend the Paris Peace and Security Summit in South Africa, where he is expected to attend the second Africa Summit to be held in the country. Presidential spokesman Femi Adeshina said Buhari would attend the meeting, which will be held from November 15 to 21, organized by AFREXIM Bank in collaboration with the African Union and the African Free Trade Agreement (AFCFTA).   The theme of this year's event is, "Working for Common Business in Africa", which is expected to boost trade and investment among African countries, while Adeshina said the conference was an attempt to create a conducive environment for  trade and investment in Africa as a whole. Buhari Mourns the Loss of Nigerian Soldiers.

Photo - Nigerian Army Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari and Borno State Governor Babagana Umara Zulum are mourning the death of Brigadier General Dzarma Zirkusu by ISWAP militants on Saturday. The president said he was "deeply saddened" by the news of the death of the general and three other soldiers who were ambushed by gunmen in Askira Uba, Borno State.  "I am not happy about the death of General Dzarma Zirkusu and the three soldiers who sacrificed their lives. Nigeria has lost its courage. I commend their efforts. May God have mercy on them," Buhari said in a statement from his palace. On the other hand, Governor Zulum also offered his condolences to the Nigerian Army, thanking all the troops for what he called their "commitment to Nigeria". Nigerian soldiers have been killed in an ambush by ISWAP militants on their base in Askira Uba. The military killed several militants and destroyed their weapons in the fighting, according to a report
