Gunmen Killed Six During a Campaign Rally in Nigeria

Reports say atleast six people have been killed in a militant attack in Nigeria's southeastern state of Anambara.
People lost their lives in the exchange of fire between security forces and gunmen, and there were several casualties in the blaze that lasted more than two hours in a local government area, and it was gathered that governor Willie Obiano was among the victims.

Last month police reported that they would deploy six helicopters to assist security forces ahead of next month's elections to be held on November 6.
