92 Feared Dead As Oil Tanker Explodes in Sierra Leone

A huge oil tanker explodes in Sierra Leone's capital;  more than 90 people are feared dead.

 Many people were injured, and most were seriously injured.  Local reports say Freetown hospitals are overcrowded.

 The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a petrol tanker.

 Pictures posted on social media showed the blaze burning at the scene as the fuel spread, with several cars burning and causing an explosion.

 The chairman of the National Emergency Management Agency, Lieutenant-General Brima Sesay, described the situation as "extremely serious" and said the bodies had been burnt.
